In 1976, Dr. William “Bill” Kelly established his orthodontic practice in the Colson Building in downtown St. Charles.
In 1988 Dr. Bill moved the practice to its current location at 11 South 6th Street in St. Charles.
In 2003 Dr. Bill’s son, Dr. Dan, joined Kelly Orthodontics where they would partner in patient care for fifteen years.
